Hosting or attending a playoff or super bowl party in the next couple of weeks? Airlie's guacamole recipe will be a winner for you and your friends. Not only does guacamole err on the healthful side of football food, it only takes about 20 minutes to make. Touchdown!
4 ripe avocados
1/2 cup small diced fresh tomatoes
1/8 cup small diced red onion
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 lime, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Peel and core avocados. Smash with a fork until mashed and lumpy.
2. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.
Enjoy with corn tortilla chips.
Note: Go gluten-free when you substitute bell pepper slices for chips.
