During the season of #pumpkinspiceeverything, Airlie’s fall signature cocktail offers a welcome alternative: Bourbon Maple Cider

The arrival of fall brings a new season of flavors to the forefront. Due to autumn’s transitional nature, the combinations are a unique blend of refreshing comfort. To that end, Airlie is pleased to share its latest addition to the signature cocktail collection, the Bourbon Maple Cider. This versatile drink is perfect as a welcome cocktail paired with hors d'oeurves or to be enjoyed throughout an evening around the fire pit.

Bourbon Maple Cider

  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • 1 ounce applejack
  • 1/2 ounce maple syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 4 ounces hard cider

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add everything except the cider. Shake for 15 seconds or until well chilled. Strain into ice-filled cocktail glass, then top with 4 ounces cider.
